New head on my shoulders.

Shirt:Matalan. Shoes:Evans. Glasses:Gok Wan (past season). Leggings:Matalan.

Okay I don't seem to have a new head but at least I've had my haircut, I dont know if its just me but when I get my haircut I feel like a new invention of myself I think its probably because I enjoy changing my hair and even though a haircut seems to be a minor change I love feeling different!

My lovely brother took these pictures while I was home at the weekend so at least its my trusty garage wall instead of my horrible blue uni curtian behind me! I think you can really tell if I've taken my outfit shots with my tripod and camera as to when my brother takes them not only is the camera way more high tech but they just seem to work better together as images, though for 2 of these picture he did stand on a bucket in the middle of the garden!

This shirt is me being brave its something I would of loved from afar last year but never bought, but I really love it so clearly times are achanging I'm just worried I might not have the balls to go out in public in it! My mum was actually kind enoughto treat me to it when we nipped into Matalan to return some pieces she had bought without me, I also bought a little jersey skirt to wear with this dress to keep the look understated as its such a loud shirt, here I just paired it with my oldloafers and a pair of denim jeggings which means I could probably get away with wearing this during the day as well but only when I'm feeling brave! I think you can all proobably tell that I'm slightly obsessed with button up shirts at the moment! I've bought 3 in the last week or so alone, deffo in need of a spending ban over the next few weeks!

Back to School.

I have to admit its not actually back to school for me as I'm done with that now and college and by this time next week I'll be living in my halls at uni! Which is totally terrifying and I'm not at all prepared but it's also really exciting too!

This is my new bag for uni and I've been after a satchel for ages so thanks to my lovely mum who bought it for me! Its not Cath Kidston before you ask, many people have thought it was I just saw it in a shop in a neighbouring town and thought it would be perfect to carry my files/sketchbooks/magazines in. I love it so much its been on a few test runs already! I wore it with my trusty stripy dress (which you cannot class as a dress at all really) even though its becoming holey I can't throw it away as it just works with so much in my wardrobe. I also decided to throw of my winter coat as to be honest it feels like summer is now nothing but a distant memory, I love the duffle coat style its just a shame its beginning to fall apart slightly. The jeggings are something I wished I wore more but they just fall down all the time! My accessories are minimal I just finished the look with a messy bun and an anchor necklace I bought from Matalan and of course I also wore my Gok Wan glasses because either today or yesterday it was so I'm just doing my part.

Lastly tomorrow I'm attending the first Simply Be store Launch in Liverpool I know there's a few of us bloggers going so if you are and we've yet to meet please come say hello!

Just thought I'd show you what I wear on a weekend or whenever if I'm totally honest. I'm not really feeling myself at the moment the thought of growing up is kind of terrifying me at the moment! I also took a lot of pictures for this but none seemed right so I ended up using the first picture I'd taken. But never mind I actually really like what I'm wearing and the main thing its pretty comfy.

So anyway on to what I wore, My top is from peacocks and was featured in one of my early Lookbook picture from last summer which you can see here. The leggings I'm wearing are from Matalan and are most definitely the most trusted pair I own. Early today Naomi from Diamonds 'n' Pearls tweeted about how see through some leggings are and I have to agree with her you don't want to know what the girl in front of yours knickers are like! I do own a pair like this though they weren't "cheap ones" the best I've found so far are from Matalan and just to verify (and believe me I've asked enough people) you cannot see my knickers through them. Cardigan is a old favourite and has been seen on the blog many times its from Dorothy Perkins. The ring I purchased last year from the Topshop sale for £2 and opens like a little locket which I think is really cute and I first wore in this post.

So the new things in this post are my lovely shoes which I bought from Primark for 6 pounds for my brothers graduation (I'll do a post on that soon) and the necklace which I found while I was out shopping with my cousin and mum. I bought it for £2 in Matalan and just genuinely really love it though I did have to put some extra chain on to make it a more comfortable length on me. My hair is kind of a mess one piece was clipped to the side then I just had my donut in (which didn't last very long as I felt it made my face look too big, I'm just having on of those days. To finish I was wearing my glasses (they are not a fashion statement as people seem to thing I do actually need them to see) and some red lipstick which you can't even really see because I had my head down! I changed my nails today so they are now coral and red I got inspiration from mademoiselle robot and I really love the outcome.

I've got some nice things coming up in the next few weeks so I promise to keep you posted!

Regarding the title of this post I actually have no idea if that's how you type out the noise a owl makes, so just go with it. I took a fair few photos today ready for posts throughout the week just in case I don't get time to/or just don't dress remotely well during the fashion show next week! A lot of the pictures I took actually worked out pretty well so it was hard to choose the best, but some may squirm there way into a future post.

So what am I wearing, this top was in one of my first half decent outfit posts on here and I bought it last summer from Topshop. It wasn't cheap but the top is just lovely and there is so much fabric in it! I know for a few plus size women Topshop seems to be a no go, but I always go in when I'm with my friends because generally they shop there not so much me but sometimes I can drop on pieces that I love and that fit me. And I can't say this enough but its worth just going around straight size shops once in a while you never know what you might drop on. My skirt is from h+m and I bought it while in London, I swear its the best 6.99 I've ever spent I need to get it in more colours. My leggings are a pair from Evans which I love but they are just really thin.

Now to go onto my accessories my bag is vintage from a charity shop and was about 4 pounds though I've used it that much its had pieces of leather replaced but It's still as lovely as when I first found it. My mum originally bought it for herself but after about a month of it sitting in her wardrobe I nabbed it for myself. These are my new glasses I'm planning on doing a proper post for them once I get some decent shots of me wearing them close up. Since I've been wearing them more (because I'm actually supposed to wear them all the time...) people have asked me if there real or I just wear them for fashion. And I would just like to state that they are real and I do very much need them to be able to see!

I think this may be the first time I've had my hair sort of wavy on the blog, I tend to just wear it straight more than anything as because of how thick my hair is curls just drop out far to quickly, but these stayed in pretty well so possibly I'll style it like this more often. The lipstick I'm wearing is one of my latest buys and its from Rimmel and the colour is kiss me. Hopefully either this weekend or next week I'm going to do a post on what I'm planning to wear for my friends 6th form prom I would love your thoughts on the look. Yet again I'm yawning my face off!
