Peplum Top: c/o George at Asda. Jeans: Matalan. Necklace: Me and Zena. Clutch: Asos. Shoes: Evans.

I took these photos far to long ago but with my massive graduate hand in and the after math of a weddings and my brother and his girlfriend staying for a week I've only just had the chance to sit down and finally write a blog post. Unfortunately I am pretty behind on posts and have an array of fabulous things to show you which I'm hoping to get posted over the next few weeks so please do bare with me. I'm a little refreshed and hopefully have my blogging mojo back!

This style of top is one of my favourites for summer, long enough to pair with leggings for a comfortable look but can equally be dressed up with denim and heels for a less casual look like I've done here. In this I sized up to a UK22 as I like them to be looser for the warm whether and it also means that the top would be longer on me making sure it covered my crotch for wearing with leggings! The back of the neck also have a really lovely scoop and tie at the back which I unfortunately couldn't master getting a decent photo of! I decided to finish the look by mixing prints in the form of this cute clutch back I picked up on sale at Asos (a bag I'll probably use for photos but rarely out as I like to carry a lot of crap around with me!), denim to break up the dark colours and cute hair and make up, which was from a shoot I did at HMS Vintage and can't WAIT to show you when I get a chance!

Again sorry for the radio silence but I'm glad to be back and I hope you're glad too!

Pining Over Playsuits.

Now the weather is getting a little better here in the UK I thought I'd start looking for some playsuits for the summer again. As I'm a great lover of the playsuit or romper (though I'm not a massive fan of that word) it's something that until less than a year ago I always wore with a pair of tights under as I was worried about my stumpy legs and chunky thighs. However as I'm now way more comfortable with my body than I once was I can't wait to get my legs out, so lets bring on the sunshine!

All three of these playsuits are from Yours Clothing as I've seen the blue acid wash and tropical floral ones in the flesh I know how fab they are! My favourite is definitely the floral number at the top which was modelled by the utter babe that is Tess Holliday. I was actually luckily to meet the lovely lady and all the yours team along with some blogger ladies at a dinner in April, which I will eventually blog about but unfortunately haven't yet been able to sit down and write up properly with all the deadlines I have at the moment! I find the black playsuit with the daisy neckline would be something I could wear when I wish to be a little more dressy in the summer without the discomfort! And the primary reason why I love playsuits is usually I don't get chub rub when I wear them!

Hopefully these pieces will be in store soon as I'd love to go and try them on next time I'm near a Yours! P.S have you notice that Yours Clothing have had a little make over on the site and it is now a complete dream to shop on?

Top: c/o George at Asda. Skirt: Silly Old Seadog. Necklace: Blackheart Creatives. Clutch: New Look.

It's been 2 weeks roughly since I last got chance to blog and unfortunately I may be pretty sporadic until June as I'm very much so in the run up to my graduate collection and that shit needs to be done on top of all the write ups and shoot for it! Anyway on to the lovely outfit post the babes at George also popped a few surprise bits and pieces in my parcel from the items I've already shown you, including this fab yellow top. Unfortunately I can't find this exact one on the site but this cute tee would work equally as well and give the same look!

Now this is a colour that I'd normally run a mile from but I've decided to welcome it with open arms and pair it with an equally as bright skirt!Which I got last summer for an event I was doing with work but unfortunately the weather was so miserable it never got it's deserved outing. I'm wearing the top in a UK22 but it's actually rather too big so I I'd definitely say there isn't a need to size up. I find with the majority of the George range there sizing is pretty good in basically everything I have from them I wear a UK20 but in some tops I do like to size up to make them longer so I can wear them with leggings! I finished the look with some of my favourite accessories and the fabulous hair and make up was from a photoshoot I did at HMS Vintage that afternoon! (I'll be posting the shots from then later on this month!)
